XFD II single-trough flotation machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
Body, main shaft subassembly, scraper subassembly, trough, and glass rotameter
Control parts of XFD II single-trough flotation machine:
Control part of main shaft frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, control part of scraper speed, etc
The working power and voltage of XFD II single-trough flotation machine is AC 220V. For human safety, the machine must be reliably grounded with an earth resistance ¡Ü4¦¸.

Laboratory XFD III single-trough flotation machine is used by mines of geology, metallurgy, building material, chemicals, etc and laboratories of scientific institutes to agitate, scrub, separate and select a small quantity of ore samples.
New model Aeration Single Flotation Cell of XFD III is a updated product of XFD Model Single Flotation Cell, adopting external aeration device, adjustable aeration, frequency conversion technology, stepless speed governing of imp0eller digital display with accurate adjustment and reliable operation( When temperature for temperature control device ¡Ü100¡æ , it can be made in accordance with customer¡¯s need).
Such flotation machine is composed of frame part, main shaft drive part, lock part, scraper part, flotation cell, outside air inflation device, electric controller, etc.
The air supplied by the air pump into the cell mixes evenly with the slurry during the agitation of the rotor, is cut by the stator, and small mineralized bubbles are then produced.
The rotating speed of rotor is stepless and variable which can be adjusted through frequency converter.
To fix the flotation cell, it must be pressed tightly with the hand wheel driving the screws.
The motion trail of the scrapping mechanism is circular.
