Laboratory Sealed Jaw Crusher is applicable to medium and fine crushed materials for the purposes of laboratory and production and primarily provided as environmental protection equipment for coal, electric power, mine, geology, chemical, metallurgy, building material and other industries. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
XPC Model Sealed Jaw Crusher is a new generation of crushing equipment with easy open of dynamic and static jaws, convenient clean-up and no blending of samples. It is capable of fine and medium crushing a variety of ores and materials with compressive strength of 24kg/cm2 and below. with great crushing ratio, uniform particle size and adjustment of output size.
I. Main Structure and Working Principle
This machine is mainly composed of machine body, moving jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, flywheel, belt pulley, moving part, motor, feed hopper and receiving hopper.
The three angles of motor pulley drive the eccentric shaft through the belt pulley to get the moving jaw to move along the already adjusted track, so as to crush the materials in the crushing chamber.
The machine body is all steel structure. Fixed jaw plate is mounted on its front wall. Edge plates are mounted on the side wall of frame on the left and right of crushing chamber, to prevent the abrasion of side wall of frame.
The moving jaw is a molded casting part. On its front are installed active jaw plates. On its top, the eccentric shaft and rolling bearings hang over the frame. Its bottom is supported on the moving parts and is in rolling contact with the moving parts. At the two ends of the eccentric shaft are installed flywheel and pulley with groove. The machine body is connected to the machine base and the slideway of the motor is fixed onto the machine base with bolts.
The supporting system of moving jaw is equipped with riveting pin connection device. When there are hard objects that can not be crushed (e.g. pieces of iron) in the materials being crushed, i.e. the crusher is overloaded, the rivering pin will rupture rapidly, playing a protective role, to keep other important parts of crusher from being damaged.
A handle equipped with the function of pitch adjustment is installed on the left of the machine. This handle is used to adjust the size of discharge opening. The gap between the discharge openings can be adjusted through the adjustment of handle. In addition, when the jaw plate is abraded, the gap between discharge openings can be compensated through the adjustment of the handle.
