The dryer machine has been mainly used for drying materials with some humidity and particle sizes for ore dressing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other departments. The rotary dryer machine has high adaptability to the materials, which makes it be able to dry all kinds of materials.
 
Features of Rotary Drum Dryer
 
The machine mainly consists of rotary machine, raising plate, transmission device, supporting device and seal rings and other components. The dry machines in our company use the new-type raising plate, which has the functions of guiding, even flow, raising materials etc. The raising plate can make the materials be distributed uniformly to the cross profile in the dryer machine. The material curtain is at the state of thin, even and complete, with completely touching with the hot air flow to reach the purpose of making full use of the heat energy. The consumption of coal and electric of the dryer in our company can be lower 10% to 15% than the normal dryers, with the production ratio higher than 10% to 15%.
 
 
Work principle of Rotary Drum Dryer
1. Wet materials are carried to the hopper by the Belt Conveyor or bucket elevator, then through the feeding pipe the materials are sent into the side.
2. Set feeding tube inclination angle in order to make the flow of material mouth. Dryer cylinder is located slightly in a slope. Materials are put in from the higher end, heat is sent in from the lower end.
3.With the rotation of the cylinder materials run to the lower end under the force of gravity.
4. During moving forward in the cylinder, the materials are dried directly or indirectly from the heat carrier, then sent out at the discharge side by the belt conveyor or screw conveyor.
5. On the tube wall, there are special boards; the role is to expand the contact surface between materials and airflow, so as to reduce drying time and to promote material progress.
6. Before release materials, make sure the gas go through the filter to reduce the dust content.
