Brief Introduction of Gold Shaking Table Machine

Gold Shaking Table Machine widely used for the separation of metal ore. Shaking table can be used to deal with many kinds of metal ores, such as rough selection, elaborate selection, and scavenging. It also can select and sort coarse sand (2-0.5mm), fine sand (0.5-0.074mm), slime (-0.074) and other different particle sizes. What is more, shaking table can be used for sorting iron, manganese ore and coal. When dealing with tungsten, tin and other minerals, its effective recovery size is 2-0.02 mm.40/60/88/120 Riffles available.


Shaking Table Application

Shaking table is widely used in the separation of Tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, ferrotitanium and coal.

Shaking Table Structure and Working Principle

Complete shaking table mainly composed of eight components, which are table head, electric motor, slope control, deck, feed box, water tank, rifle spokes and lubrication system. The vertical and reciprocating motion of the deck is drove by the crank-connecting actuator. The motor drives the eccentric shafts to rotate and the connecting rod to move up and down. When the connecting rod makes a downward movement, the toggle plate pushes back shaft and reciprocating lever backward. At the same time, through the tension of spring, it drives the deck to move backward, because the deck is connected with the reciprocating lever by linkage seat. When the rod moves upward, through the force from spring tension, the deck makes a forward movement.

Shaking Table Beneficiation Process

a/The mineral particles from the angle above the bed surface go to the slot,.

d/In this way, under the effect of gravity, the transverse direction running water impulsive force, and the inertia

e/and friction created by the reciprocation symmetry of movement of the bed surface, the ore grain separates according to the proportion and the granularity, and makes the longitudinal motion along the surface of bed and makes the transversal motion along the inclined surface of bed.

f/Therefore the ore grains with different proportion and different granularity fly heading different direction, and discharge separately from the ore concentrate end and the debris side's two different areas.Finally divided into the ore concentrate, the middling and the debris
